Absolutely delicious, loved my sandwich and the falafel bites. The meat in the sandwich came out super saucy and flavorful. Meals came out fast and hot. Limited seating areas and a bit of a smaller indoor area, but great all the same with a nice lunchtime crowd.

Was in the area and stumbled upon Medina! I ordered the Original Palestine Sandwich with spicy beef and it was so flavorful and tender. I also got a half falafel sandwich and it was nice and refreshing. The two employees behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. I took my leftovers for dinner and it was just as yummy

Absolutely delicious!! I highly recommend everyone make a stop here the staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot for lunch and food was incredible we can't wait to go back!

The Mediterranean of it all! You have to respect a place that has vegetarian options! The garden of Eden wrap taste like I was eating a blend of flavors all wrapped in one! The service was on nice because they greet you at the door. Ambiance was casual and lunchtime with other professionals in the area. I will be back!

Ordered delivery for our small group from here while setting up for an event in downtown STL. The overall verdict: pretty solid! I got a medina chicken bowl and it was good. A bit heavy on the rice, and would be nice to have some more tzatziki, pickles, and shawarma chicken. We also shared some pita and hummus which were a hit. The pita was really thin and the hummus was nice and smooth. A tad lemony, and full of flavor. When needing a healthier option for lunch, this spot really delivered (see what I did there) and I was happy enough with it. Not 100% wowed, but that's normal with a lot of delivery options. I'd consider dining in next time and trying their falafel or other veggie options.

So this place was amazing! I had the beef Dodana with a side of falafel and it was so tasty and flavorful. I did not know the beef was lamb until after I ate it but it was worth it. Great friendly service and clean place. Highly recommend Medina!!!

13 Check-Ins A second location!?!! Why would these guys need a 2nd store? Uhm that would be because they make the best shawarmas in St Louis area. In fact, this family has been for well over 15 to 20 years back when they owned the old Salaam Market in Ballwin, MO Original Palestinian beef 5/5 : Now this is how a shawarma should be made. Juicy and fresh hot halal beef accented with tahini wrapped in "the bread". Oh and let's not for get the pickle, lettuce and tomatoes that just complete the sandwich

This place seemed like a hole in the wall at first but is really a hidden gem. There is limited seating on the inside, so get in where you fit in. The food was amazing! According to the group I was with, it seems like everything tasted good. Also, our food came out within 10 minutes of us ordering. Looking forward to going back next time I'm in St. Louis!
